Pass Plus Car Insurance Discounts

Having completed your Pass Plus, you are entitled to 30% discount on your car insurance. This scheme was setup to save new and young drivers money on their first car insurance.

We all know having your first car insurance policy can be very expensive so the Pass Plus scheme was introduced. This page explains what the pass plus means and how and why it gives you discount on your motor insurance.

Firstly, the Pass Plus is NOT another test. It's simply a straight forward course which is split in 6 more driving lessons. These 6 extra lessons are not normal driving lessons, it's more of advance driving such as to help improve your driving ability.

The lessons are based on driving in the following:

* Driving in the dark

* Driving on the dual carriageway

* Driving on the motorway

* Driving on rural roads

Some companies allow 1 year no claims bonus (over 19's) Please clarify this with your insurance broker.
