Third Party Only (TPO) will only cover third parties on the road. Which means if you an accident with another vehicle, their vehicle is still covered by your insurer but your vehicle will NOT be covered for damages.

No. If you want your car insured against theft you need either Third Party Fire and Theft (TPFT) or Fully Comprehensive car insurance.
